Mr. Chase graduated from Mount Royal College in 1978 with a diploma in Petroleum Land Management and subsequently from the University of Calgary in 1988, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance and Petroleum Land Management) with distinction.

Mr. Chase has over 25 years of petroleum land management experience, three years of gas and liquids marketing experience and has spent the last several years organizing and developing the business of several private corporations including Spitfire Exploration Ltd. (acquired by Spitfire Energy Ltd. in March 2005) and Kanduit Electric Ltd. (commercial electrical contractors). Mr. Chase has held public company directorships of Green River Petroleum Inc. from 1998 to 1999 and Genesis Exploration Ltd. in 1994, during which periods these companies were listed on The Alberta Stock Exchange. Mr. Chase has negotiated numerous equity, debt and joint venture transactions resulting in the drilling of hundreds of wells in the Western Canadian Sedimentary basin and numerous basins in the USA.

In addition, Mr. Chase was formerly the President of Green River Petroleum (USA) Inc., the Vice President, Land of Canadian Conquest Exploration Inc. and was a manager or senior professional for Amber Energy Ltd., Alberta Energy Company, Suncor Inc. and Carlyle Eagle Petroleum Inc.

Mr. Chase is entrepreneurial in the building of Spitfire Energy Ltd. being one of its founders and visionaries. Management currently owns nearly 50% of Spitfire Energy Ltd. and each one of the team is strongly motivated to ensure its success and long-term profitability. We spend each dollar as if it were our own, ensuring our investors best interests are respected. Management plans to build a significant company using the drill bit to find new reserves and our experience to manage them efficiently. We are patient in this process to ensure minimal dilution and competitive advantage.

Mr. Fantuz obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science, Honours, in Civil Engineering in 1977 from the University of Windsor and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario (APEO).

Mr. Fantuz is a Divisional Vice President and Officer of publicly held Altagas Income Trust. He is also the President of Premstar Energy Canada LP (which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Altagas). Since Premstar's inception in 1998, Mr. Fantuz has been responsible for the overall company direction in growing the business within the deregulated gas and electricity energy environment.

Mr. Fantuz has over 25 years of experience in the energy business. For over 11 years he held various positions with Union Gas Ltd. including Manager, Distribution Planning, Operations Manager and Manager of Gas Purchasing. Currently he also sits on the board of other public and private Canadian companies.

Mr. Gunton graduated from Durham University, England with a B.Sc. in Geology in 1970. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Geology by Queen's University in Canada in 1974. His career as a petroleum exploration and development geologist has spanned 27 years working for Shell Canada Resources Ltd. (1974-1981), Ocelot Industries Ltd. (1981-1988) and Imperial Oil Resources Ltd. (1988-1994). From 1994 to 1997, he was with Canadian Conquest Exploration Inc., a company then listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, as Vice President, Exploration.

In 1997, he formed his own consulting company, Discovery International Geoconsulting Inc., and is currently actively involved in oil and gas plays, prospects and opportunity evaluations for selected clients.

Mr. Gunton is a member of APEGGA (the Association of Professional Engineers, Geophysicists and Geologists of Alberta).

During 1999 and 2000, he was exclusively retained as Director of Geoscience for Waterous & Co., a Calgary- based oil and gas financial and asset management advisory group actively involved in soliciting and selling significant oil and gas properties.

Mr. Gunton was also a director from 1997 to 1998 of Green River Petroleum Inc., which was listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange.

Mr. Templeton acts for several energy firms, both public and private, including large multi-nationals, in both domestic and cross border energy transactions. He has extensive experience in transactions related to the energy industry, including the acquisition, disposition and operation of energy assets as well as joint venture and corporate finance and governance matters. He has more than 19 years of experience in dealing with all facets of the oil and gas industry and general commercial matters and is a member of the Bars of Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories.
